In the webcomic garou was a full blown psychopath beating every one he wasn't tryna convince people he was a monster everyone besides bang and saitama saw him as a monster. In the manga he's trying so hard to convince himself hes a monster along with random ass people.

Saitama disappeared for ages during this arc in the webcomic, I think a few years. When it comes to conveying the sense of movement, Murata is really second to none. The man can draw an action scene on a paper. cue Murata, being his perfectionist self, animating the entire series on his own.

Saitama deserves some credit here too. He always does the right thing when it comes down to it. Yeah but Saitama's just a good person and a hero for fun. Mumen is a genuine bonafide hero. He says it's just for fun to hide how bored he is, but becoming a hero also comes from pure intentions for Saitama.
Atomic Samurai sat the surface fight out because he lost his sword. Tatsumaki barely did shit against the cadres before getting hit in the head and lost like 90% of her power. And Genos there became scraps the instant he resurfaced, instead of being a spotlight like what he did in the Webcomic.

From chapter 64 the web comic still has 30 chapters worth of content left until the monster/Garou arc is over.
Even better Garou doing the same thing hes doing in this fight and evolving his playstyle but still not being able to beat king. and Saitama is actually losing his fucking mind because he can't beat either of them. Love that Saitama took off his boots. He's respecting the remains of that house.
God saw Garou at his lowest point and took advantage of all of Garou's weaknesses: his loneliness, his desperation to be the strongest, his dreams and ambitions, his inner conflict of being a hero vs being an ultimate evil, his need to hold the world accountable, his desire to protect people who are close to him, etc.
